Effe Host provides premium WordPress hosting, powered by high-performance infrastructure optimized for speed, security, and reliability. Our platform is managed via WHMCS and offers self-service dashboards, subscription management, and automated provisioning.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account or purchasing a hosting plan, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Service Usage

Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):

• Hosting malware or phishing content
• Sending unsolicited emails (spam)
• Violating intellectual property laws
• Hosting adult or illegal content
• Excessive use of server resources

5. Billing & Payments

All plans are billed in USD. You agree to maintain valid payment information. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refunds are provided only as store credit and are non-transferable and non-cashable. No refunds are granted after 5 days.

7. Uptime Guarantee

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled or emergency downtime may occur but will be minimized. We are not liable for losses due to outages.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or abuse. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Effe Host is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use, including data loss or interruptions.
